The Book of Thieves is a collection of tables and procedures designed to facilitate playing as a thief in a steampunk setting with limited magic and technology. It can be used for solo play or as an aid for the DM before or during sessions. Plan burglaries in mansions, banks and even in a museum! Try to get rich by stealing valuable items such as art pieces, documents and collectibles. Then, deliver them to your clients or sell them to a fence. While you are at it, play cat and mouse with the guards.
The City is not a welcoming place, but you will stay for its riches!
